We aim to deliver your goods promptly unless there are time factors of your order being processed, online, credit card authorization, customs controls or other factors outside our control.

 

We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems that might arise if you have given us incomplete or incorrect address details.

 

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

 

All items are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature, please make sure somebody is authorized to sign for the goods at the destination. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at work, for example an office address or reception desk that has been provided for delivery.

If you are returning or exchanging products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost.

 

 If you changed your mind and would like a refund:

 

You may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving the purchase

(28 days outside of UK).

Full refunds include the item value as stated on your bill and exclude the delivery charge, import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

You must include your invoice, or, at least, your order number.

Items have to be returned in the same condition as you received them including packaging and boxes. Please handle all items with care.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where these instructions have not been followed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items which we deem unfit for resale incl. make-up marks etc.

 

If you changed your mind and would like to exchange:

 

We are happy for you to exchange purchases. The item(s) must be returned at your cost (but we will pay the cost of posting the new item to you).

It must be received by us within 14 days of purchase (28 days outside of UK).

It must be received by us in original condition, not worn, or damaged, incl. make-up marks.

It must include your invoice, or, at least, your order number.

It must specify in a note that you want to exchange it (not return it), and exactly which product you want in exchange. Please check in the e-shop if this item is in stock.

We will exchange it for an item of the same prize.

 

Faulty item:

 

If you have received an item that has a clear print flaw or is otherwise damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt via email, including a picture if possible, at info@andreazapp.com.

Your replacement item will be sent to you on receipt of the original item being returned.
